Too much reorganization - Senior Analyst Peloton Interactive Employee Review

Too much reorganization. In about a year and a half, I had my role changed 7 times pretty drastically from what I was originally hired on to do and what my background was in. It's pretty clear that there wasn't much thought put into a lot of the reorganization at the bottom levels too. While I saw opportunities for others to move upward at a decent rate, having to start at square one with a new boss in a new role every 2 months allowed me no such opportunity. I was barely able to get acquainted with a role before I was moved to another.
