Good pay, Decent benefits but nothing else
Cons
Most new management is from Netflix. Management is focused on tactical issues. Long term strategic growth trajectory is not in their radar. Sure, Economy is to blame to some extent but current management is struggling. Former management under Foley acted irresponsibly. Not a good environment to be in for any growth minded individual.
