      -Can be great experience with a solid team and great manager like my store -If you really go after your monthly goal and make the most of your opportunities the monthly commission check is sweet -Experience using tools like Salesforce, G-Suite, Talkdesk, Slack

      -Having to work nights and weekends -Unpredictable future for company -It can be lonely on the sales floor by yourself
