      * Pay was good * Had lots of OT opportunity until business slowed down * Team leads were willing to help you in the areas you lacked in

      * Layoffs * The info received during training was a lot, too broad at the time considering the role i was in.

      At the time, it was a great place to work. Started when it was a private company. Benefits were great and so was commission
