Pros
It was an okay job. I liked the agents I supervised but did not enjoy some of the leaders in my peer group. From my understanding (not experience), after leaving the company, they opened different departments and positions in the Plano location. The call center wasn't filled to capacity during my tenure.
Cons
It's nothing I would want to do long-term. The pay just wasn't enough to match the growing cost of living. Most of the staff, including upper management, were in their early 20s, if not still a teenager (18-19 years old). It felt more like a babysitting job than an operations lead.
