The company had no idea about the market they were trying to grow into, they did 0 research and had no go to market strategy. The owners are very dishonest, they rolled out a commission structure then decided to fire the entire sales team because the manager quit with a week notice. They then denied the commission was rolled out and the ownership/executive team at a 15 person organization did not even acknowledge the firing. They try to market themselves as outsourcing, but have lost all 10 companies that signed contracts with them within a year.
