employee benefits are great pay not so good.
Cons
only 1 person is allowed off on a Saturday throughout the whole call center. No real training.... training is a joke. They just read to you from the screen. Upper management is a joke as well, nobody knows what is ever going on. Management makes their own rules. employees taking other people orders to help their commission.
