Pros
You work with some really smart, capable, experienced people. The product market fit is there but Pendo is struggling to pull ahead of point solution competitors.
Cons
The political hoops you need to jump through to stay at the company are ridiculous. Life outside of work is not respected even though it is one of the main values of Pendo. I have been asked by a direct manager, "How are you going to ensure you are completing your work while OOO?" It was my first vacation in months. You are constantly belittled by upper management, bullied into better performance, bombarded with tasks that do not drive revenue, and are made to feel bad if you are not consistently in the office. People were coming in with confirmed cases of COVID just to play into the political landscape. The sales team has little to no diversity and is still a white man's sanctuary. They do NOT pay at market value.
