Excellent team of co-workers and loyal clients to service who appreciate our assistance in improving the safety of their workplace. Interesting work that is never the same two days in a row.

Cons

Antiquated, time consuming method of expense accounting. Management has repeatedly used losses sustained in other regions to justifying reducing/witholding earned annual bonuses for local employees.

Fellow employees, benefits are comparable within industry.

Cons

Upper management lack of direction, support and training when rolling out new endorsements or updates. No training provided with consistent IT changes. Also very heavy case loads that have been unmanageable. Lack of attention by management to the work load, stress on employees.
