Good benefits package, vacation time, and discount on tuition for direct family members (spouse/children) for Full Time staff members.
Cons
To get a raise within PSU it is known that Staff members normally need to apply and accept a new job within PSU. Though there are plenty of openings for possible advancement that way. Expect to be paid less than what your position pays at a private company.
