      Pros

      Amazing faculty and staff. Most are very kind and helpful, with you typical number of bad apples. Having worked in multiple departments, I think it is safe to say it is true University wide.

      Cons

      If you are unfamiliar with the area, it is in what many would consider the middle of nowhere. If you love the country, a polite and welcoming community, and a moderately sized town, then this is your place. If you are looking for the hustle and bustle of big city living, this may not be your best bet. (although, you will still get plenty of that on football weekends)

      Pros

      They were very flexible with hours and it was a fun place to work. There was lots of downtime to do other things while on the clock, and an e-bike to get around campus quickly.

      Cons

      Toward the end they got pretty strict about keeping your computer on a certain tab to take online tickets, and you could get in trouble for not doing it. It’s tedious work overall.

      Cons

      parking is normally far away from your building, and normally growth within your unit is difficult, so you have to tranfer to another to grow.
