Pros
The job is great about flexible scheduling. You schedule your regular hours per week online at the beginning of the semester, but are able to modify it online without involving the managers if someone else subs your shift.
Cons
Very little initial training (just one weekend) before you are thrust into the job. Much of it is learn-as-you-go, which can be fine for some and very difficult for others.
