Pros

Friendly work environment - student managers and full time managers are by and large approachable and helpful especially. I also liked how the payment and clock in/out system was all automated, making the resolution of disputes of shift timings easily solved.

Cons

Depending on your shift, you might get pigeonholed into one particular support function at the dining hall most of the time. It is indeed more efficient and straightforward to allow part timers to continue improving at what they usually do.

Pros

Amazing hours and pay. Everyone is extremely friendly. It does not get too crowded most of the time during the summer. Free access to the gym as well.

Cons

Do not have anything negative to say

Pros

Decent Benefits, Nice Amounts of Time off

Cons

Staff are the lowest of the totem pole and you KNOW it. Pay not enough to live by yourself as a working adult in State College Area. Will waste your time if there's nothing to do by requiring you to sit there while faculty and admin get to "work from home" (they really don't) President Benepudi will probably give herself 2 more $1.5 million pay increases while you work there unable to afford a simple apartment by yourself.
