Pros

Great benefits including vision and dental

Cons

Constant changes in support staff led to scheduling mistakes. Was scheduled many times for 10 hour work shifts and would only be paid 8 as I was salaried. The medical specialty in which I worked had a history of high turn-over rate. Poor orientation and false description of what I would be doing at work. By the end of my employment I encountered harassment in the office setting. LARGE disconnect between manager and director HR was not helpful My employment can be summed up in a quote taken from another reviewer on indeed.com: "During the time I was employed there I was aware of numerous occasions where a single employee, physician, nurse, administrative staff were cast to the side and then plagued by accusations in order for them to either quit or be "dismissed" without cause."

Pros

Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

Cons

Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
