Pros

Plenty of overtime available when busy. Good VHI and dental Good educational supports

Cons

Pay is poor relative to similar factories. Fixed shift premiums (not percentage) and have not been raised in 20 years. Poor management. Keep changing focus and direction. Very focused on short term goals with no long term planning. Workload can be overwhelming when busy.. Very lax on safety and environment.

You get a paycheck, and little bit of time off, 5 day work week

Cons

Other people doing simple jobs getting way overpaid for what they are doing, machine operators that dress like bums they do not wear company uniforms provided by the company and look nasty, no safety protocol at all.
