Pros

Young employee empowerment, lots of project variability so things are not boring, group of great communicator / engineer leaders to learn from, support to out of office networking events, every innovative so there's not much disruption fear :)

Cons

ESOP program but no 401k match, could emphasize more about the "why" of the company, what our impact is int he world, how we hope to change the world in a positive way.
