Pros
I left this company after spending 4 years there. It's a small firm however, most people are nice to work with. Salary in line with the industry. Flexible hours, good work-life balance.
Cons
Heavy workload. You must be adaptable and flexible to work. Longer work days towards tax seasons Challenging at times, certainly a grind, but that's expected in any companies.
