No career paths, no annual raises. For one of the higher end car companies in the Twin Cities the pay is terrible even though we continually win dealership awards. Lack of pay and vacation for experienced employees. Vacation is an absolute joke for starting and experienced employees! Management needs to clean house on employees who aren't doing their job and promote and reward those who go above and beyond. Not enough parking for employees.
