It's a well respected company. Great benefits. They make sure you have the training you need in order to do your job with expenses paid for. This company strongly believes in customer satisfaction and compliance. Penske has no tolerance for
Cons
Lots of politics within the company. It takes months to get anything approved around here, if ever. Management is consistently changing. Pay plans change constantly. Other dealers pay a lot more but do a lot of illegal work. Definitely not the best pay in the business, but at least I can sleep at night knowing i won't be sued in the morning.
