Pros
For the car business the hours are pretty good and the people overall are nice people.
Cons
The pay is awful, micro-managers, all chiefs and no Indians, they expect the would from you while paying you minimum wage, they stripped all the commissions and pay flats 50-100 dollars for selling cars that cost over 40k on average. Not a place you can make a stable and comfortable living.
