Hard to get in, Hard to get out. They claim they love their employee's, yet pay-cut after pay cut, and one failed internal promotion after another leaves you salty. Everyone is told, they will grow, and after nearly 5 years, I've seen they hire whoever will do it the cheapest. They over-promise and under-deliver. Bottom line, their investors are 100 times more important than you are the customers you help.
