Pros

Many of the veteran employees are great, very helpful. Quite a clean environment for a dealership, especially the shop. Service Advisors have always been excellent and extraordinarily highly rated. Dealership is Penske owned so commission is always accurate, you aren't chasing anyone for your money. Product Training is offered through BMW USA, you are always up to date with knowledge. I left on good terms to go to another opportunity and have received excellent references from BMW of Warwick so be sure to be one of the good guys so you receive that as well.

Cons

Leaders would often bad mouth one another and it felt very "Reality TV" a lot of the time. As far as management positions go here, in my first year as a Sales Advisor between SM, GSM and F&I I had 7 either leave or be fired. I'm not sure what it is but something is consistently in the way of finding success at those positions. If you are new to car sales this is going to be a little bit of a confusing place for you to start. Do not expect to be anything but a number written in pencil when it comes to HR concerns. They will erase it and act like it didn't happen.
