Not bad but needs improvement - Inventory Manager Penske Employee Review

-Poor executive leadership -High benefit costs Penske took over the facility I was working at and I was grandfathered in as a Penske employee. While my opinion of Penske as a company is above average, the site were I worked (that Penske took over) was an absolute nightmare. That has less to do with Penske and more to do with the Union and the customer.
