      Get in at 6am and get out at 2:30pm. Leaves plenty of time to do stuff outside of work and not have it br dark already.

      Cons

      No room for growth. They mainly get people through recruiting agencies.

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
