Subpar Management and Poor Work-Life Balance - Analyst Penske Employee Review

The office setting is typical, silent and kind of stale. You get hired into an account (you will not know before you get hired which account you will be on), so it's basically luck of the draw. Some are fine (I've heard), others are not. My experience was nothing but negative. I was drowning in work, needed help and management was not there. Also, I was told I would make a 45 minute drive to the customer no more than once per week, it ended up being multiple times per week because the customer demanded it and Penske would not stand up for us.
