      Flexible hours and able to work when wanted. That’s about it. Not much else to say regarding pros

      Cons

      There was a lack of management and disconnect with the workers. Bad COVID protocols, unsafe.

      Dedicated to ensuring your individual growth within the company

      Cons

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
