Pros
Great introductory into the work force, competitive salary and during peak season when demand is high, there's unlimited cap on over time. So earning potential is great. Day to day involves doing a variety of different tasks which keeps things interesting. Also having the option to transition to different sectors of the company given an opening is a great benefit for those who don't like operations.
Cons
It can be a lot sometimes, you spend a lot of time on the phone so if you're not comfortable speaking on the phone or constantly talking to people, its not the place for you. You can be tasked to do a lot given the turnover rate of employees, so you're often times doing way more than you're supposed to be doing.
