Pros
Provides a resonable wage for an entry-level position but not much else here that could be considered a benefit besides that
Cons
The entire work cultural is based on greed. Upper management wants you to squeeze every possible penny of profit from every transaction which often forces you to operate in ethical 'gray areas'. Furthermore, if you do not show complete and unquestioning loyalty to your managers, you will be targeted and increasing pressure will be placed on you until you are forced to move on. I was personally told that the only reason I still had a job was because I worked in the State of California which has strict labor laws. Additonally, I watched seveal fellow coworkers that performed their dutues superbly get passed over for promotion while other new hires were immediately fast-tracked and promoted with 5 to 6 months. You might be one of the lucky few that managment takes a liking to, but the gamble is not really worth it. Best to start your career somewhere else.
