Pros

Nothing to do as far as work so it got boring sometimes but gave you plenty of time to do other things.

Cons

Management has no idea whats going on and deos not provide any direction. The would go on cold calls around the city (probably went home) for hours.

Pros

-Never had to work more that 40 hour a week. - Got free lunch when higher ups came in - Great benifits and discounts on truck rentals -25 dollars and hour -weekly pay checks - work uniforms for all seasons and weather.

Cons

-Fast turn around for employees - understaffed locations creating 1 person doing the work that 2 people should do. -Training program that just checks off the required training making the daily tasked feel confusing and stressful -If you fail as a trainee they will tell you not to worries but then will talk behind your back and try to get you fired ASAP. - Interviews for this position talks highly about the trainning but when you are in it you slowly learn its all an act to get people hired and excited but then you learn 80% for people quit or get fired and the ones who stay don't get promoted in the expected 6 to 9 month its around 1.5 years. - I would personal keep this as a last option for the start of your career. Other companies treat you better and have a fair pay for the work you do. - Some locations of this company I heard are better I would look at all the information given and make a desision. Good luck :)
