Pros
They are an equal opportunity company. If you can do basic math, understand a basic ruler, and understand basic English you can be a product builder here. Most people are friendly and very welcoming but not everyone. If you're vocal and motivated about moving up you will be given opportunities to do so. Its good pay, pretty good insurance, and some opportunities for optional overtime.
Cons
Poor communication between departments that can cause unnecessary slow downs. Some leads and supervisors favor specific ethnicities more. If you want to move up, expect to work harder then a lot of your peers, including many of your superiors.
