Pros
People are nice. Managers are nice. Coworkers are nice. Great benefits. Learned a lot being there. Its a good entry level job to get some experience on your résumé. A good job to work in the meantime, while looking for something else.
Cons
It seemed great at first but the longer I was there it made me start looking for a new job, couldnt decide if I wanted to stay or not so I just left. Everything is disorganized, training is not good. They make everything complicated for no reason. You get trained and learn unnecessary things that has nothing to do with your position. I had meetings with managers and even they told me that they need to work on their training and work flow. They just hire a bunch of random, inexperienced people that don't know what they're doing and it's just a mess. I try to understand because I know they are a fairly new building and company (Roseville) but not professional enough for me and the low pay is not worth the stress. The money they paid me I could've made more somewhere else the same position. And for a quality position, it is so unorganized and complicated. A mess. Working in quality, it is not supposed to be like that. A quality job should have quality work. The quality department is supposed to be the most organized department in the building and it is not.
