Great Work Enviroment - Anonymous employee Penumbra Employee Review

It is an open environment where I am allowed to ask questions and learn why things are happening. When I have an idea or an opposing view, I feel like I am listened to and my thoughts are considered. Managers are accessible and seem interested in helping me grow. There is opportunity to grow fast. A lot is expected, but I feel like I am a part of the team instead of an outsider asked to do minor tasks.
