Work life balance does not exist in sales and no consideration for the effects on mental health or wellbeing. If you’re a female, you will be called emotional and blatantly disrespected if you have any difference of opinion. Women are expected to smile and nod in order to not cause waves. If you are a female and are going to work here, document everything. You’ll likely need it one day. HR is a joke and participates in the toxic culture. They will tell you to deal with your issues yourself. Honest reviews of the culture are difficult to find but through word of mouth you will hear all of this.
