Cons

There is sample matter I'll tell about this company. I was 2025 graduate passed out. This company came to my college campus and hired me when I was pursuing 4th year 1st sem. I have done as internship when I was pursuing 4th year 2nd sem. After completing my graduation in July, I was converted from intern to FTE. But, they fired me just after 4 months. If I am performed very low they had a chance to not convert from intern to FTE but they didn't do that. This company only contains recommended candidates. Almost 100 members are laid off, they simply said because of financial and infrastructural changes they fired many people except recommendations candidates. They laid off 2025 passed out candidates in November, 2025 means just now but again they post a job alerts for 2025 passed outs for so many roles. This company is just a trap please don't join in this company and don't waste your time and efforts. Here in this company, there is no project is going on. So, I kindly request don't look opportunities in this company.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
