Pros

There is no pros about this company.

Cons

I share a brief information about this company. I was selected in people tech group in my college campus when I was pursuing 4th year 1st semester. I done my 6 months internship when I was pursuing 4th year 2nd semester then I got convert from intern to FTE on my performance basis. But, They fired me just after 4 months of FTE time period. They had already chance if my performance is low they can ignore by not converting me from intern to FTE but they didn't do that. Maximum no. of employees are recommendation candidates. They laid off almost 100 member in November, 2025 in that 30 members are 2025 passed out students. Now, this company made a post on job alerts in LinkedIn for 2025 passed outs for 5 roles. This all like trap please don't join in this company and don't waste your time. This company CEO will not care about in this company he had a movie production company name People media factory, he only looks after his production company. There is no project is going on in this company. All managers and team lead candidates only take care about the recommendation candidates they will not care about one who works hard. I wasted my 6 months intern and 4 months of employment in this company.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
