Pros

Not much Pros. They pay you on time.

Cons

The Management [CEO] is really bad. They ill treat you and boss around. They speak in bad words in front of other employees. Recruiters are also really bad. They do not really find you any project. They ask you to put fake experience in order to get an interview.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
