Pros

Nothing to Mention Much except Few ..... Only Politics ... You can learn how to do politics even on Interns ....

Cons

They will ask you to join as INTERN and they will provide food and accommodation, if you committed for that your Internship may go for beyond 6 months even you need to suffer for Drinking Water. After successful completion of your Internship HR will Send you Full Time Employment Letter and after two months they will say CEO Had not Approved your Employment so we cannot pay you. and they will generate a payslip which shows your working days and earnings will be Zero. Dont even take it as last Option.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
