Pros

Team leads and managers are freindly and supportive. They try to help you learn new things and make you work harder but eventually they are frustrated by management who don't have professional ethics.

Cons

Management feels that employees are dogs and they are just labours. They have earned doctorate in making people frustrate and abuse. No respect for employees. It's just a body shopping company. Employee attrition is high. Layoffs are very common and they do it within blink of eyes. If you are technologically sound then you are idiot to join here. They don;t value technical people(who are handfull here). Management don;t understand technology and you can fool them by using some techy words while talking and they start thinking that you are genious. Amazing!!!. Company filled with relative and freinds and they don't work and no one dare to ask them to work. Employees don't have profident fund account(though PF is deducted every month), no insurance coverage, no job security. Operation and office management is pathetic. Recently I heard that they ran away from premises without paying rent money to the owners. Thank god, I left the company quickly after realizing the pain of the employees there.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
