None, Stay away from this company.

Cons

Like in other reviews, CEO doesn't respect fellow employees and abuses them in front of others. These guys are so cheap that they made everyone in the company login into glassdoor during working hours and submit positive review. Glassdoor can probably verify this by looking into the sourceIP of the positive reviews as well as the submission timing indicated in ratings trends.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
