Pros

Nothing. There is literally not a single on I can name of.

Cons

Will not pay you even minimum wage required. Management will keep on putting stupid rules like working on Saturday. No quality projects at all. False promises and favoritism by management.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
