Have been with organization from 2 long years ,throughput the years have gained alot of knowledge related to people soft and looking forward to be a part of organization in the coming years.

some motivational programs is required to keep up the moral of employees .

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
