Cons
There are so many, Let's start with the management - They have the highest turn over rate, as soon as the intern's show up experienced guys gets fired. - The management always lies to the employees especially CEO, Managers, HR and Operations. - Illegally assigning projects to offshore(these guys are pros when it comes to "illegal". - They have lost a major client (Microsoft) of this reason - The pay rate is very minimum for skilled labour. Managers - Technically incompetent and can't trust him to land any projects. - No manners, etiquette and professionalization. - Every Manager micromanages the team. - Treats fellow employees for their personal tasks(dropping a package, picking up their family). - Managers will force you to learn the stack which you don't like. - They will force you, demotivate you and discourage you on your new stack. • You get yelled at by random managers who you have never met before. • You'll be embarrassed to admit to your family and friends where you work. • Managers have almost no technical expertise and just lie about their experience. If you tell them something is literally impossible to do they'll call you stupid. They also encourage you to lie to clients and on your resume. Work Environment - Very depressing, everyone in the team is looking for the job change after 1 week.
