Pros

Good political support in India. If you want to enjoy for sometime and if you do not get any other jobs this is the correct place to join but not to work.

Cons

Company is full of country brutes. You can find only few educated people and they also behave like country brutes. Company can be there in the market as far as so and so political support is there. If you want good hikes do not work at all just apple-polish the seniors and the management - soon you will become the senior and will have excellent command over others. If you good at apple-polish you can even threaten your seniors at work. I think all the positives reviews are made by only one person or people from management or those apple-polish heroes. There are no job descriptions. Whatever so called bosses say, you have to do that. Else get out of the company. I promise, if you join this company you will forget whatever you learn before and you may get job in any other company later but you cannot work as a professional. There are many things to write I do not want to waste much time to write review on this stupid company.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
