Many organisations these days don’t realize the true value of their employees. The way an employee is treated, has an enormous impact on the success of any organization . Its simple logic.If you want to survive in the market, you have got to motivate your workers. Otherwise, you’ll disappear real quick. I consider myself very lucky in this matter, because I’m a part of a great team and have a very bright and supportive management. The company provides an opportunity for career and many changes to this along the way. Good training, good colleagues and good atmosphere. Lots of different ways to develop and different career options to take within the company
Cons
I think the most challenging thing was to cope with work/life balance, especially at the beginning of each career level I had to really put in a lot of work to perform at the level that was expected from me.
