Pros

Started career with this organisation and they provide a very good learning environment for freshers. I am very happy to get associated with company and my overall work experience with the company is good. One best thing is that employees get many perks such as free lunch and good accommodation which is very well maintained by the Mancom team.

Cons

I have noticed that employees privacy at the accomodation was at stake. Because of one front line woker, the entire reputation of the company does down.Office boy named Ghouse does all things as if he is owner and he takes the pictures and videos of the employees and he even enters into room of the employees without their permission and this kind of behaviour was not expected from a company like this. Because of such acts many employees would leave organization since privacy is the key concern over there

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
