Easy for early-career software architects, engineers, and designers to gain experience with real, live projects for big-name clients (because management is always hungry for cheap, exploit-able labor).

Cons

Witness actual human rights abuses and shady formation after one shell corporation after another to dodge everyone from the DOL to the SAG. (Yes, that's the Department of Labor and the Screen Actors' Guild, respectively. This CEO knows how to make enemies everywhere.)

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
