1. No notice period, you literally get termination mail on one morning without expecting. This is not based on your performance. it all depends on whims of leadership. 2. Lots of internal politics. 3. No cleanliness and no discipline at all. queues at lunch are worst than any marriage hall chaos. 4.Hire and Fire policy - no job security, 5.Randomly cuts your salary without any explanations. 6. no help from HR, most of them are arrogant and when asked for any clarification they get annoyed and get angry. All sweet talking and good HR's are in recruitment.
