Pros

- Free food and accommodation - Good project (Now that is also out of their hands) - Friendly colleagues

Cons

- This is movie production company. Tech is just timepass for them. - Worst management. They will provide you 90 days notice period but if they want to remove they can do it in one day - Worst facility (Rats and mosquitos all over the office) - No hikes and promotions - Very less salaries (lower than coolies)

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
