1) They hire people in a bulk amount and fires 90% them within 6 months. 2)They fire people without a proper reason 3) A lot of politics are involved in Company. 4)Worst management ever from HR's 5)TL and Manager shows a lot of politics in their teams. they don't treat their team members equally. 6)In the name of free food and accommodation they are giving very less salaries. the salary of a fresher is worst than a daily labour. 7)food is very unhygienic. Lunch time in office looks like a fish market. 8)There is no proper management for clean environment , good food and good accommodation. 9) Management stopped to provide food in accommodation. they are giving all meals in office only. So if u want food u have to work extra hours in office. 10)There is no proper training period for freshers. 11)There is no proper Hikes 12)Work life balance is not possible. they are expecting employees to dedicate their all of time towards work. 13)With an unexpected firings they are spoiling the life's of employees.
