-Promise you raises at certain intervals that they never give -Requires you to use your personal phones for work purposes while on call without reimbursing you -None of the programs and systems work the way they were set up to -When the pandemic started and all the lockdowns happened they pushed us to mass recruit and hire more than normal. They didn't seem to care about their branch employees having higher chances of being exposed to covid and wanted us recruiting and hiring on as many people as possible even though we were very low on jobs to offer them if we did hire them on since we barely had jobs for the associates we currently had hired on. -Before the pandemic we had company provided laptops and phones to work from home on call when needed, the week after the pandemic started they took away everyone's company provided on call cell phones and told them they had to use their personal cells. -During the lockdown we had every ability to work from home without having business be affected but the company didn't allow anyone to work from home. -A national pandemic really showed me this companies true colors and they have lost a lot of employees with the way they have handled it since.
